What are PDO threads made of? 

PDO threads are made from the same material as dissolving stitches used in surgeries since the 1980's. They are completely safe, being a medical grade thread, made from protein and have actually being used for years. 

Does having PDO threads hurt? 

The procedure is done under local anaesthetic, so will not hurt.

Will there be swelling after my treatment?

Yes, most clients have swelling, which is normal with this treatment. The area can also feel tender and slightly sore. This swelling slowly subsides over 7-10 days. 

Will I bruise after the treatment?

Minimal bruising can be seen with this treatment.
